The 5 Bullet Risk Management Concept
The principle is:
Total Fund: Suppose you deposit a certain total amount—e.g. 1,000.
Five Bullets:
You effectively consider this as 5 separate “bullets” of 200 each. Each “bullet” is used for one month of trading with this EA.
Monthly Reset / Withdraw:
At the end of each month, you can withdraw any profits from that bullet.
If the EA hits the stop loss or otherwise loses that bullet’s 200, you still have the remaining bullets (funds) intact for subsequent months.
Smoothing Risk:
This approach ensures you never risk your entire account at once.
Each bullet is only 20% of your total 1,000 balance.
If one bullet is lost in a month, you only lose 200, and the rest of the capital is still preserved for future months or other strategies.
